How To Deactivate Instagram Account Temporarily From Android / iOS Devices

So let's Start 

The process is same for Android as well as For iOS devices.

How to Deactivate Instagram Account Temporarily iPhone and Android

 1.  First, make sure that you are connected with the Internet and once you are connected with the internet 

simply, Go and Open your Instagram App 

 2.  After opening the app... Simply Go and Tap on your Profile Icon ( at the right bottom corner ) 

Once your Profile appears

 3.  Tap on the three lines at the right top corner 

 4.  Tap on Settings 

 5.  In settings, you need to Tap on Help 

 6.  Now, Tap on Help Center (wait for the page to load )

Once your Page is Loaded 

 7.  Tap on Managing Your Account and you need to temporarily disable your account 

(So if you Tap on Delete Your Account there will be an option to Temporarily Deactivate your Instagram Account)

 8.  Tap on Delete Your Account

 9.  Now, Tap on How do I Delete My Instagram Account 

 10.  Now here you can see Delete your Account Tap on this 

& once you are in that you cannot see an option of temporarily disabled so this is temporarily deactivate the activation page of Instagram account 

 11.  Go and select any of the reason from here 

 12.  Enter the password of your Instagram account 

 13.  Here tap on temporarily disable account 

so if you want to reactivate your account again once you have disabled or deactivated your Instagram account what you need to do is simply 

• log into your Instagram account 
• &it would ask you to reactivate your account 
• so simply go and tap on reactivate account 
• & your account will be reactivated
