STEPS OF CHANGING PITCH OF THE AUDIO WITHOUT AFFECTING THE SPEED OF VIDEO

1.  First select a video from your pc OR Open a Video on VLC media player.

2. Right-Click on the video to open with Vlc player (Optional).

Now here your video is open in VLC player.




3. Select the "show extend setting( 6th option)" option from the lines options below as shown in this image 



     OR
Easily press Ctrl + E



4. When it opens, select the last option named “Advanced"



5. After selecting the advanced setting there is an option called ENABLE



6.  Now click on Enable Yes/check  to change the Pitch



7. Now you can Adjust the Pitch as you want by moving the Slider Up & down.



8. After adjusting the pitch as you want, click on the Save button.



Now your Pitch of the video is adjust
